The No Child Left Behind Act requires secondary schools to turnover names, phone numbers and addresses of all juniors, seniors & possibly sophomores to military recruiters, or lose funding. However, students & parents have the right to keep their information private.
IT’S EASY TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY:
1. Fill out the required information below and sign it. Any secondary (7-12th grade) student can fill out the form, Parents and guardians can also fill out the form, but their signature is not required.
2. Cut off the form and return it to your school office
3. Repeat each school year.
4. Keep educated & inform friends & family.

KAHO`OLAWE
RETURNED TO THE STATE
The
US military transferred jurisdiction of Kaho`olawe to the state
of Hawaii on November 11. While the state and its partners were
celebratory of the hand over, many residents are outraged with
the military's current plans for expansion here in Hawai`i.
The militarys expansion plans includes a land grab of more than
30,000 acres of Hawaiian land.
